The Barefoot Boys: Buy

The NEW CD from The Boys, released in January, 2008. With 16 tracks and almost a full hour of music, it is loosely based on the "theme" or concept of songs about the inland waterways of the Hudson Valley region. Tracks include songs about the canals, Hudson River, sea chantys, steamboats, and instrumental medleys. Available by clicking the link below.

Our first CD, with Rich and Tom as a duo, with help on bass from Mark Murphy and John Cerrigione. A mix various kinds of folksongs and tunes, including "The Barefoot Boy With Boots On" (where we got the name for the group AND this CD!), and Tom's "signature" instrumental hammered dulcimer piece, which we call "The Trebly" in concert ("Frosty Morn Medley" on the CD).
